STRUM (Special) - Archie B. Engum, 38, Strum, died early Monday at the Osseo Area Hospital after a long illness. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Engum, Whitehall, he was born in Borst Valley, July 2, 1930. He was active in scouting, and graduated from Whitehall School in 1949. He married Lorraine Klebig at Winona on June 10, 1953. Besides his wife he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Engum, Whitehall, and two sisters, Mrs. Truman Olson, Whitehall, and Mrs. Robert Moore, La Crosse. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 p.m. Friday at Our Lutheran Church, the Rev. Donald Myhres, Osseo, officiating. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Friends may call at Johnson Funeral Home, Whitehall, Thursday from 2 to 5:30 and 7 to 9 p.m. and at the church Friday from noon until the time of services.
