After marriage they farmed and raised their family in the township of Elk Mound. In 1996, they moved to Eau Claire. Lawrence died in 2004; and for the past two years, Eva has been a resident of the Syverson Home in Eau Claire.

Eva was active at home, helping on the farm and raising 13 children. She was a wonderful mother, teacher, cook and baker and was well known for her excellent penmanship.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Syverson Home and the physicians, staff and ministry at Sacred Heart Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion in the care of our mother.
